So, if you relish problem-solving and making exciting things, of all shapes and sizes, to help clients succeed, it’d be worth a chat. Right now it’s an exciting time here, as we look to build and shape our future. To help us do that, you need to be the type of people who are ever-hungry to learn, explore, provoke, and properly think – not just do pretty work.

Responsibilities:

As Creatives your main responsibility is the thinking of, creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform ideas. Your work, in conjunction with planning, is central to what we do. You’ll be making … well what you make depends on what you think up really. Conventional ATL campaigns are still part of the mix – but we take a more forward-looking approach that’s open minded and embraces more unconventional and effective ideas (Come and speak to us for some insights into recent work we can’t talk about here yet).

Requirements:

  • Creating groundbreaking multidimensional ideas that take up where planning left off
  • Crafting visuals and language to make conceptually effective work that can successfully run across a range of media, e.g. digital, print, outdoor, PR, social media, other
  • Having a good understanding of customers, briefs, client objectives, creative techniques and type to achieve the best visual result for the campaign
  • Owning your ideas while commissioning illustrators/photographers/animators etc
  • Computer skills and being proficient in the use of relevant creative software, i.e. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Writing short and sometimes longer copy across all shapes and sizes to produce rounded, exciting pieces of work that blow socks and shoes and verrucas off
  • Being a ‘creative ambassador’ for the business
  • Being able to work as part of a team
  • A love of ideas. A passion for brands. A hunger to make a difference
