More and more brands are pushing out more and more content, through more and more channels. And most of it is meaningless.
The role has four simple components:

You must be determined and hard-working with a conviction to deliver outstanding quality that fits a strategy, rather than the everyday.
Brand thinking is vital to us. Design helps us bring this to life with marques, systems, type, colour, photography, illustration and graphic guides… all culminating in visually arresting, compelling and communicative internal and external pieces.
As Designer, your main responsibility is the creation of anything from large scale sophisticated brand design inception and creation, to smaller comms, print materials, events, online films, and more – with awareness and consideration to digital as well. In the process you’ll work hand-in-hand with other Creatives, UX and Developers (as well as Planners and more) to bring an idea to life visually.
